Before After

Concrete Raising

Concrete slab foundations can settle and eventually crack.  The causes can be vast but usually involve fill dirt settlement, moisture issues, or water leaks.  Driveways and sidewalks are in a class of their own and are often associated with problems in landscaping, tree roots, water drainage, soil expansion or contraction, or lack of compaction of the fill dirt.

HydroGuard’s specialized grout is mixed to the desired consistency that varies depending on each application.  After an application port is drilled, an injection rod is placed, the grout is pressurized and pumped under the slab until the desired lift is obtained.
